Cookie Policy
Short version: we use the few cookies the site needs to work, and nothing else. No advertising, no analytics, no tracking across sites.
1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser. Some are needed for a site to function at all — keeping you signed in, protecting a form against forgery. Others exist to follow you between sites and build an advertising profile.
We use the first kind only. qsmart-player.net sets no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies, and no third-party tracking of any description. The STB+ application itself sets no cookies at all.
2. Which cookies we set

All of these are strictly necessary. Blocking them will break login, playlist management, or the contact form.
3. What we do not set
- No Google Analytics, or any other analytics package.
- No advertising or remarketing pixels — no Meta pixel, no Google Ads tag.
- No social media trackers or embedded share widgets that phone home.
- No cross-site or third-party profiling cookies.
- No fingerprinting.
This is a deliberate choice, not an oversight. STB+ is ad-free and we have no interest in what you watch.
4. Controlling cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. Because everything we set is strictly necessary, blocking them will stop parts of the site working — playlist management in particular.
Since we set no optional cookies, there is nothing to opt out of and no consent banner deciding anything meaningful. If that ever changes, we will ask you first.

qsmart-player.net is the only website we operate. Cookies set by any other site using our name are nothing to do with us.
